I started my self-employed journey at the age of 20.  learning early what it means to work for what you want, build something from nothing, and show up even when the path isn’t clear yet. Real estate became my arena for impact, but helping families protect their future through life insurance is where my foundation began.

I built my real estate career from the ground up in California’s Central Valley, turning an office job into a multimillion-dollar, referral-driven business powered by heart, grit, and results. Now, I serve clients statewide, from Fresno/Clovis to the East Bay Tri-Valley, including San Ramon, Danville, Pleasanton, Dublin, Alamo, and surrounding communities.

Connection is my superpower. I lead with intuition and deep listening. I build rapport through trust, consistency, and sincerity, not pressure. I believe the best representation happens behind the scenes, where strategy is built, problems are solved, and my clients feel supported, informed, and protected.

My life partner is a licensed appraiser, keynote speaker, and real estate educator who brings insight, discipline, and a little humor to my world. His work as an educator and keynote speaker sharpens how I approach paperwork, valuation, negotiation, and advocacy, both professionally and personally. He is also a family-centered father and partner, reflecting the same core values that drive my work: hard work, loyalty, structure, and integrity.
